By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

Our online shop is intended for adults who are legally capable of entering into contracts. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally entitled to make the purchase.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Cyprus or EU law.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information when necessary.

Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and other charges will be shown at checkout where required.
We may change prices before an order is placed. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where correction of an obvious pricing error is required by law.
If an obvious pricing or technical error results in an incorrect price being displayed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order and explain the available options.
8. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm that the products will be supplied, subject to applicable consumer law.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorised or otherwise confirmed.
We do not intend to store full payment-card details where payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Payment processing may be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy notice.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver within Cyprus and may offer delivery to additional markets where this is expressly shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates shown on the website are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, customs, incorrect delivery information or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights relating to delivery or transfer of risk under applicable consumer law.
11. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Your rights to cancel an order, withdraw from a distance contract, return products and receive a refund are set out in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
That Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in it or these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, expired or otherwise non-conforming product, please contact us at shop@edmarkcyprus.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and supporting photographs where relevant.
We will investigate the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. A request for prompt notification or photographs is intended to help us investigate and does not remove mandatory statutory rights.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory right to bring proceedings before a competent court or authority where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, products, legal requirements or website. The version published on the website will show the latest update date.
Changes will not retroactively alter rights relating to an order that has already been accepted, except where required by law.
