Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within Cyprus.

 

Processing Time: Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Time: Cyprus: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment in real time.

 

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at shop@edmarkcyprus.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.
