Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Cyprus.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Cyprus: 2–5 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
