We share data only when necessary with: Wix.com - website hosting platform Payment providers (Wix Payments, Stripe) Courier companies for delivery. Professional advisers where legally required. Authorities when required by law, Wix may process data outside EEA. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Art.46).

Orders, invoices, accounting records: 7 years (Cyprus tax requirement)

Customer support messages: 3 years

Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe + 2 years

for suppression listTechnical logs: 12 months
After that, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
