Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery (this includes food supplements, herbal extracts, coffees, and similar consumable products).

How to Request a Return To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at shop@edmarkcyprus.com before the 14-day period expires. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
