RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION & SHIPPING POLICY

2. SHIPPING
We deliver within Cyprus.

Delivery charges and estimated times are shown at checkout.

Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday)

Delivery cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight/location.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Delays may occur due to courier, weather, or public holidays.

If delivery is late, contact us.

 

3. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Distance Selling)
As a consumer buying online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Cyprus Law 112(I)/2021.Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you nominate, not the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw: Email us at shop@edmarkcyprus.com with your order number and statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use Order Cancellation form here, but it's not mandatory.

Return of goods: You must return goods within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal, at your own cost, unless goods are defective.

Refund: We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery cost (not extra express costs), within 14 days of being informed of withdrawal. We may withhold refund until we receive goods or proof of return. Refund via original payment method.

4. EXCEPTIONS TO WITHDRAWAL
a) Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. food supplements, beverages, products that come in sealed packaging opened by you)
b) Goods made to your specification or personalized
c) Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

This is in accordance with Article 12 of Law 112(I)/2021. If you have opened sealed health products, we cannot accept return for hygiene reasons unless defective.

 

5. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, WRONG OR EXPIRED PRODUCTS - LEGAL GUARANTEE
This is separate from the 14-day withdrawal. If product is damaged in transit, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming under Cyprus Consumer Law, you have 2-year legal guarantee. Contact us immediately at shop@edmarkcyprus.com with order number and photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required by law, at no cost to you. You do not bear return cost for defective goods.

 

6. CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT
You may cancel before we ship by emailing us. If payment taken, full refund.

 

7. REFUND PROCESS
Refunds for withdrawal: within 14 days, original payment method.
Refunds for cancelled/unavailable products: within 5 business days.
